By purchasing industrial hemp & Hemp-derived CBD products by and between Hattina Enterprises LLC. D/B/A JJ's Hemp Dispensary, A Pennsylvania Corporation, you hereby take action for yourself, your executors, administrators, customers, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows:
A) ASSUME ALL OF THE LEGAL AND FINANCIAL RISKS OF PURCHASING, POSSESSING, TRANSPORTING, SHIPPING, MARKETING AND RESELLING INDUSTRIAL HEMP PRODUCTS.
B) WAIVE, RELEASE AND DISCHARGE THE “SUPPLIER” FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LIABILITY ARISING FROM LAW ENFORCEMENT SEIZURES, DAMAGED PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER NEGLIGENCE.
C) INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE THE “SUPPLIER” FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES OR CLAIMS MADE AS A RESULT OF PURCHASING INDUSTRIAL HEMP DERIVED PRODUCTS.

Drug Test Disclaimer
JJ's Hemp Dispensary or any of its affiliate companies are not responsible in any way if you fail a drug test with any of our products. We tell any existing or prospective customers to refrain from consuming any hemp derived products if there is even the slightest chance they will have to take a drug test. If your tests are court related regardless of the matter, PLEASE don't risk it.
You can received a false positive on a drug test, even if you consume products with a low amount of THC. Many drug tests do not differentiate between different types of THC, therefore you can test positive even if you take Delta-8, Delta-10 or THC-V. Therefore, maintain good judgement and take at your own risk. Again, we are not responsible if you fail a drug test.
