Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) or a manufacture's defect.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning to however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping Policy
Orders made past 5 pm EST will be shipped out the following day (except weekends and holidays).
Do You Ship To My State?
JJ's Hemp Dispensary abides by the rules of federal and state laws. Therefore, we may not be able to ship to your state.
We cannot ship Delta-8 to these states:
- Alaska
- Arizona
- Arkansas
- Colorado
- Delaware
- Idaho
- Iowa
- Mississippi
- Montana
- New York
- North Dakota
- Rhode Island
- Utah
- Vermont
We cannot ship CBD to these states due to restrictions:
- Georgia
- New Hampshire
- North Dakota
- Mississippi
- South Carolina
- South Dakota
When will my order ship?
All orders usually have a processing time of 5-7 business days, no orders are processed over the weekend or on major holidays*. Please then allow 3-7 business days for shipping.
*Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
When will I receive my order after it ships?
Most of our orders ship via USPS. USPS' shipping time is on average 3-7 business days. We are not liable for any delays once the item has been picked up*. Please contact USPS directly if you have any additional concerns.
*We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences such as but not limited to weather, COVID-19, Holiday rush, and lost packages.
What is my package is lost or stolen?
If you haven't received your package for more than 7 days after the estimated delivery time frame, you should consider raising the issue with USPS.
Consider submitting a Missing Mail search request online at MissingMail.USPS.com or file a claim for insured items meeting the appropriate time frame. You can also visit your local post office for assistance in filling out a Missing Mail request. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
