THC-O is a synthetic compound derived from hemp. The the human body can absorb THC-O acetate at higher levels than conventional THC (a higher bioavailability) so it delivers a more potent experience.

THC-H is thought to be 3 times times stronger than regular THC. THC-O is also believed to have a more psychedelic effects than other cannabinoids.
